- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Ponnagam is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Natural calamities
- Strikes or lockdowns
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:

Re-shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
