Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ponnagam, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in good condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received a wrong item

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size/colour choice.


Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags

Return Approval & Pickup

  • All return requests are subject to verification by our team
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  • Pickup availability depends on the customer’s location and courier partner serviceability

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may place a new order after the return is approved and refund is processed.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed as per our refund timeline.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Inform the delivery executive immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours
